Travel
Depending on where you come from, you can reach Darmstadt easily by:
Plane: Frankfurt International is just a 25 minute, direct bus ride away from the conference hotel, and is one of Europe's biggest air travel hubs. At the airport, take the bus line "Airliner" to Darmstadt (fares and timetable). You should have no trouble finding plenty of flights to Frankfurt from your area.
Train: Darmstadt central station (Hauptbahnhof) is very accessible from anywhere in Germany's well-connected railway network. The conference hotel is within a ten minutes walking distance from the central station. To get there exit the station to the west, turn at the bus station to the right and walk straight down the street Zweifalltorweg to the junction. After crossing the street you should see the conference hotel in front of you.
Car: The national highways A5 and A67 pass Darmstadt: Take exit "Darmstadt Stadtmitte" and you will be in the city centre (and thus the conference hotel) in a few minutes.
